History of Brila Group It was founded by Shiv Narayan Brila in 1857. His first company was cotton trading and Export plant at pilani, Rajasthan. After the success of the company, they start Pilani Brila Institution of Technology. The Headquarters located in Mumbai , Maharashtra. This group was managed by Baldeo Das Brila. Then the assets was split into 4 Groups to his 4 sons. Jugal Kishore, Rameshwar Das, Ghanshyam Das & Braj Mohan Brila. Later this 4 sons made their own fortunes and own Identity. Ghanshyam Das Sons Krishna Kumar Brila started Chambal fertilizers, Zuari Agro, Zuari Industries, Texmaco Infrastructure, Texmaco Rail, Hindustan times newspaper and Sutlej cotton.
