History of Brila Group

        It was founded by Shiv Narayan Brila in 1857. His first company was cotton trading and Export plant at pilani, Rajasthan. After the success of the company, they start Pilani Brila Institution of Technology. The Headquarters located in Mumbai , Maharashtra. This group was managed by Baldeo Das Brila. Then the assets was split into 4 Groups to his 4 sons.

        Jugal Kishore, Rameshwar Das, Ghanshyam Das & Braj Mohan Brila. Later this 4 sons made their own fortunes and own Identity.



Ghanshyam Das Sons

        Krishna Kumar Brila started Chambal fertilizers, Zuari Agro, Zuari Industries, Texmaco Infrastructure, Texmaco Rail, Hindustan times newspaper and Sutlej cotton. After his died the company name changed into Adventz Group.

        Bhasand Kumar Brila set up his factory in west Bengal. He started 7 listed and 13 unlisted company. The listed companies are century and Kesoram industries, Brila tires, Mangalam cement, Century. Enka, AlgoQuant fintech Jayshree Tea industries.

        Chandra Khanth Brila start 6 listed companies Brila software, Orient cement, Hyderabad industries, Orient paper, Orient electronics and Hindustan Motors.

Aditya Vikram Brila
        
        He is the grandson of Ghanshyam Das. In 1955 he died due to cancer in his age of 51. After that the company was handed over to Kumara Mhangala Brila.

Kumara Mhangala Brila


        He is the son of Aditya Vikram Brila. He take over the whole Brila groups in his 28 years. Then, he started 7 listed companies. The companies are Fashion & Retail, Capital, Grasim, Hindalco, Ultra tech Cement, Vodafone Idea.

        This groups has a presence of 36 nations in the world. There companies are located in Brazil, Germany, Slovakia, Turkey, Indonesia, Singapore, Russia, Mongolia, Thailand China, Hong Kong, Australia and US.

Recent Investment of the company

        They invest 5000 crores for new paint industries against Asian paints and Nerola.

        This group is one of the leading business houses of India with good governance. It hold 4th top global company. As of 2023, the company revenues worth 60 billion dollars and derives over 50% of its revenue from its global operations. The total Net worth of the company is 15.5 Billion dollars.
