Future sector to Grow-2

Hydrogen

Hydrogen is flammable gas. It is present in our atmosphere at 0.00005%. The chemical name of hydrogen is H.

How to produce hydrogen Gas?

We can produce hydrogen gas by the following process.

Electrolysis: When we pass electric current to water, it slip the hydrogen and oxygen gases.

Biological: Micro organisms such as Green micro algae and cyanobacteria slip the hydrogen and oxygen gases by using sunlight.

Thermochemical: Na-fion is chemical use to split hydrogen, when we apply high temperature to water(500-1000) degree.

Uses of hydrogen

It is used in fuel cells to generate Electricity or Power, Agriculture fertilizers and Heat. It is used as a Automobile fuel.

stocks

Two sector can grow by the Hydrogen gas.

        i) Production sector

GAIL: It ready to set up 4.3 tones (10MW) capacity plant for producing Green hydrogen in GUNA in Madhya Pradesh.

        ii) Auto mobiles sector

TATA motors: It have the fund to enter into the hydrogen fuel vehicle. It is the leading player in EV vehicle business and it also provide charging station across India. They announced to produce hydrogen fuel vehicle and they start R&D.

Future scope

Comparing with electric Battery vehicles, Hydrogen fuel vehicles produce low carbon emission, Because electric batteries are made up of Lithium-ions. Lithium is a toxic and harmful material. It can cause cancer and many other side effect to us. While extract the lithium from mines, it produce 15 tones of carbon- di- oxide for every one tone.  On the other hand, hydrogen is a natural element. we can produce and reuse the gas after using. The final product from hydrogen fuel is water droplets. It does not produce any carbon emission, Instead it increase atmospheric moisture.

Advantage

One liter of hydrogen cost 30 rupees. We can drive upto120.70 KM from 3.79 liters of hydrogen gas. It reduce the transportation cost and refueling time.

Disadvantage

It is a high flammable gas. If we don't handle it properly, it may explode.
