History
It was founded in 1989 by Rajesh Mehta and his brother Prashant Mehta. It is a Gold sector company.
In 1991 they established their first R&D facility for the jewellery sector.
In 1994 it emerged as the largest jewellery exporter of India.
In 1st February 1995 they launched the IPO for the company under the name of Rajesh Export.
What did they Do?
They are in End to End jewellery Business. They have gold refiner, manufacture units and retailer of gold and diamond jewellery.
There refineries plants are in India and Switzerland. It exports to more than 60+ countries in the world..
It contribute 25% of gold and diamond export in the world.
Subsidiary
Valcambi is a precious metal refining company. It is located in Balerna and Switzerland. Rajesh exports owned 5% of the company's stake.
Reason for Fall?
They failed to submit their audit report for June month and its profit also decline from 4% . This cause the company share price fall to 7%.
