ITC: It plan to demerge their hotel business from their FMGC and Tabaco sector because, their hotel business contribute only 2 %  from their overall profit but their expenditure on hotel business is 24%. This affect their overall profit statement. The demerge ratio of their hotel business is not announced yet.

Adani Transmission: Gautham Adani announced to rename the Adani transmission to Adani Energy Solution Ltd.

Vedanta: It plans to invest 4 billion dollars for display and semiconductor manufacturing factory in India.

Zomato: It announced to dissolution of its subsidiary Zomato media (ZM) in Portugal on 22 nd July 2023. They also announced ZM Portugal is not a material subsidiary of the company so, this dissolution did not affect the revenue and profit of the company.  

Samvardhana Motherson International: It plans to overseas a bond sales to raise over 500 million dollars for their company expansion and research & development process.
