New IPO: TVS supply chain solution going to launch the IPO. The bidding date is open from 10 August to 14 August 2023. The issue size of the IPO is 880 crore. The listing price of a share is around Rs 187 to Rs 197 and the lot size is 76.

HCL Technology: It signed a Strategic global deal with Verizon Business for providing network services to its global enterprise customers for the next six years. This contract is worth of Rs 17,404 crore(2.1 Billion Dollars). 

Idea Forge Technology Ltd. It informed that the company has received an Order from Ministry of defense, for the supply of Surveillance Quadcopters with accessories. This order is worth of Rs 88.06 crore (exclusive of GST). This drones are used for Mapping, Security and Surveillance

Tilak Nagar Industries: It announced to prepays the restructured debt of Rs 176.22 crore to Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company.
